Dear Paula
Thank-you for your question. I cannot give you specific information on your disease as a doctor must first examine the patient thorougly before doing rendering treatment. However, as I said in the teleseminar daily oil massage and taking olive oil is a dynamic and powerful practice that helps to restore health. I would recommend you take my upcoming year long course on Ayurveda. I will explain the science of ayurveda and give many practical daily advice that would help anyone on the path to health. Ayurveda is really is a powerful understanding that can strenthen anyones approach to their personal health. This course is not meant to prepare a person for professional practice . You will definitely be able to understand the body in such a beautiful way you will feel calm and at ease in your own body much more than before hearing this important health care science. Stay tuned lots more to come. Take Care, my deepest thoughts for your health and welfare .Most Sincerely, Dr. Helen Thomas

Dr. Thomas,
It’s about time that an Ayurveda Practioner is giving free teleseminars. I appreciate you and your wisdom about living healthy. I have listened to Dr. Chopra for years, and I’m enjoying listening to you. You are truthful, and you are instrumental in tearing down the pharmaceutical companies’ drugs that they have put into our society through physicians. It’s about time! Now if insurance companies would pay for alternative therapies. Thank you so much. Namaste.

I am very appreciative to learn more self healing methods. I have often felt like I come from another planet when I go to a western doctor. It is like “you want me to do or take what?” There doesn’t seem to be a logical reason for doing those things - What you said in the teleseminar seems much more reasonable. Thank you.

I enjoyed this session and was affirmed by what you said about cholesterol-lowering drugs. My doctors are not supportive of my efforts to use natural remedies and tell me my levels will just shoot up if I stop the statins. I have researced statins extensively and do not like what I have discovered. I am taking red yeast rice, eating oatmeal every day and will get some tumeric and guggul tomorrorw. Thank you for your wonderful help!
